Question: What is an unlock code and why would I want to unlock my phone?
Answer :  Most Networks/Carriers will lock their phones to their network, stopping you from using it on any other network. Answer: No we do not. PUK stands for Personal unblocking Code. You need to enter it if you have entered your personal pin code incorrect. This acts as a security feature on your mobile.
